This terrine with 25% foie gras or Delice de Canard is a superb and luxurious terrine. With pork meat terrine wrapped around a block of sublime duck foie gras, it is delicious and decadent. It can be served as a starter dish, paired with a leafy salad. Or try it as part of a platter with crusty bread or on toasted bread or quality crackers. We recommend refrigerating for a short time before serving to help it set a bit more firmly.
